Carl R. Johnson, Jr.

Carl R. Johnson, Jr. is the President and CEO of Success Leadership International & Youth Builders International. Both companies teaches empowerment to aspiring corporate and community leaders. He is the author of  “12 Things a Leader Can Do To Influence others More Effectively” , “Eight Success Keys of Great Leaders” and the soon to be released Fourteen Principles of Attitude that Affect Our Lives. Mr. Johnson is (A.T.M.) for the First Bahamas Branch of Toastmasters International Club 1600.

A native of the Bahamas born on the Island of New Providence, Carl graduated from the Northern Caribbean University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology. Carl is currently working toward  Master’s Degree in Psychology and Leadership.

Mr. Johnson a former gang leader is currently an Educator and Guidance Counselor.

He serves as director of Bahamas Youth Renewal in Nassau, where he works with troubled youths, in the area of conflict resolution, and drug and alcohol abuse.  He  has also served as former Associate Youth Pastor of a congregation of 2,600 young people. Carl posseses fourteen (15) years of pastoral training  and counselling.

Carl has conducted conferences and seminars for organizations in different countries around the world including Jamaica and the United States of America. Carl’s presents workshops and seminars where business leaders and owners are trained to improve their leadership skills, people skills, and  customer relations.  Carl’s clients includes Many Foutune 500 companies , the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism S.M.A.R.T. program, (Sales, Marketing and Royal Treatment), RIU Hotel, Atlantis, and Paradise Island.  

He has recieved accomendations  and awards including an outstanding youth award in the field of Religion from the Ministry of Youth and Culture.

Carl is married to his long time college girlfriend, Stephanie, and they are blessed with two beautiful daughters, Amber and Jada.
